What the platform stores, why it stores it, and who can see it — described from how the system is actually built.

This is a placeholder, not reviewed legal text. FiguredOutAI is pre-launch and these pages describe how the product is built and intended to operate — they have not been drafted or checked by a lawyer, and they are not a contract. Before you rely on anything here, ask us at hello@figuredoutai.com.

What we store for you

Your account details, your workspace configuration, the records you add, and the leads and conversations the platform handles on your behalf across every channel you connect — including message transcripts, because the intake conversation is the product.

Your channel credentials — WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger alike — are encrypted at rest and are never returned by an API response, written to a log, or shown in full in the interface; only a masked preview is displayed.

Separation between customers

Every workspace is isolated. Records carry the organization that owns them and queries are scoped to the organization on the caller's verified session, never to anything a client sends.

The people who message you

When somebody messages your WhatsApp number, your Instagram account or your Facebook Page, the platform stores the identifier Meta gives us for them — a phone number on WhatsApp, a scoped account ID on Instagram and Messenger — what they said, and the answers extracted from it, so that you can act on the enquiry. They are your contacts: you decide what to collect and how long to keep it.

Connecting through our Meta app

Where a channel is connected with FiguredOutAI's own Meta app — Connect with Meta for WhatsApp, Connect with Facebook for Messenger, Connect with Instagram — we receive access only to what you choose to share in Meta's window: the messages sent to that WhatsApp number, Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, the ids and names of those accounts, and the WhatsApp number's status as Meta reports it. From the personal profile of the person who logs in we keep nothing except the app-scoped id Meta gives us, which we need to recognise a removal of access.

We use this only to receive your enquiries, answer and qualify them for your business, and send the replies. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

The access we receive is stored encrypted for as long as the channel stays connected, and is deleted when an owner disconnects it. Messages and leads are your business records and stay in your workspace until you delete them or ask us to delete the workspace.

You can remove our access at any time in your Facebook, Meta business or Instagram settings. When Meta tells us access was removed, the channel stops and the workspace owner is told. If you ask Meta to have us delete your data, our data deletion callback deletes the connections you granted and gives you a confirmation code with a page that shows the request's status.

Processors we use

Meta, for message delivery on all three channels. A large language model provider, to run the intake conversation and extract answers from it. An email provider, for transactional email. Each receives only what that job needs.

Your data, and getting it back

Your data is yours. Email hello@figuredoutai.com to export or delete a workspace, and we will confirm when it is done.
