How the trial works, and what happens when it ends

Every workspace starts on a 14-day free trial with no card.

The trial is not a cut-down version. Every feature of the plan you picked is on, your bot answers real customers on your real number, and the leads you collect are yours whatever happens next. That is the point: a trial you cannot run your business on tells you nothing.

Subscribing

You can subscribe at any point during the trial from Configuration → Billing. You do not gain anything by doing it early — the trial runs its full length either way.

One thing is required first: your email address must be verified. It is the only action in the product that verification actually gates (Verifying your email).

When the trial ends without a subscription

The workspace becomes read-only. Precisely that, and nothing more:

• Nothing is deleted. Every lead, conversation, message, record and setting stays exactly where it is.
• You can still sign in and read everything.
• Actions that would consume your plan stop, and the screens tell you why rather than failing quietly.

Subscribing restores everything immediately. There is no re-import, no restore step, and no window in which the data ages out.

If your trial ends while you are still deciding, ask us and we can extend it. That is a normal thing to ask for.

If you cancel a paid plan

Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on day two of a month does not take back the other twenty-eight — you bought them.

At the end of that period the workspace becomes read-only in exactly the sense above.

A payment that fails

The same rule. A subscription marked past due keeps working to the end of its current period, which is a grace window rather than an instant cut-off. Fix the payment inside it and nothing changes at all.

Changing plan

At any time, up or down. Your limits change to the new plan's immediately.

Moving down to a plan whose limits you are already over does not delete anything. You stay over the limit, and the actions that would take you further over are the ones that stop — which is the same rule as everywhere else here.

What each plan includes

On the pricing page, generated from the same registry the platform enforces, so it cannot drift from what your workspace actually does. Deliberately not repeated here: a number written into an article is a number that goes stale.
